Chefs de Mission Seminar for the European Youth Olympic Festival was organized in Tbilisi during 23-26 April 2015. The Seminar traditionally takes places in the host city 3 months before start of the Festival. The event is not only usual evaluation visit of the Coordination Commission, but final stage and wrap-up meeting attended by the representatives from the European NOCs. The Seminar is organized especially for the Heads of Delegations with the purpose of obtaining comprehensive information on the situation, organizational aspects, Athletes' Village, competition areas and all operational issues necessary for successful participation of young athletes in this important sport forum. COCOM Members under leadership of the Chair Josef Liba were present at the Chefs Seminar in Tbilisi.

Two-day Seminar organized at the exhibition center "Expo Georgia" was officially opened by the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili. Chairman of the EYOF Tbilisi 2015 Organizng Committee Aleksi Akhvlediani also welcomed guests from the European NOCs. Before start of the official part audience received warm greetings from the City Mayor Davit Narmania, Georgian NOC President Leri Khabelov and Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia Levan Kipiani.

Within the framework of the Seminar, delegates visited and inspected completed arenas as well as competition venues under active construction. Finally, NOC President, Chair of the EYOF Tbilisi 2015 OC and Chair of the COCOM organized summarizing Press Conference.
