Our young Olympians, who participated in the European Youth Olympic Festival in Trabzon, returned to Georgia, bringing 1 Golden, 1 Silver and 4 Bronze Medals. They took the 24th group place in the competitions.

Beka Gviniashvili (81kg) won the title of the EYOF Champion, track and field events athlete won the Silver Medal in triple jump and judo wrestlers Giorgi Muzashvili (66kg), Tamaz Kirakozashvili (60kg), Levan Gugava (73kg) and Giorgi Lazuashvili (+90kg) gained the Bronze Medals.

Today a press conference, dedicated to said event, was organized at the office of Georgian National Olympic Committee, where the President of GEONOC congratulated the young athletes with the achievement and wished them future success.
