On May 28 Georgian NOC Executive  Board Meeting led by the President LeriKhabelov took place at the NOC headquarters. 

The agenda of the Meeting envisaged the following issues:

1)         Results of Georgian athletes' participation in the Winter XXII Olympic Games (Sochi,Russia February 2014);

2)         Report on preparation progress for the YOG Nanjing in August 2014;

3)         Progress Report for  the EYOF "Tbilisi 2015";

4)         Allocation of the  Olympic Solidarity scholarships to the candidates for the Summer Olympic Games (Rio de Janeiro 2016);

5)         Preparations for the NOC 25^th Anniversary;

6)         Organization of the "Olympic Day 2014";

The above  issues were reviewed together with the NF leaders.  The Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia Levan Kipiani attended the EB meeting with the guest's status.

The Vice President ElgujaBerishvili spoke on preparations for the 2014 Olympic Day to be held on 23^rd June. Similar to the last year experience the company "Samsung Electronics" will be sponsoring this important event.

During the Executive Board meeting, CEO "Tbilisi 2015" Organizing Committee AleksiAkhvlediani made a brief presentation on the preparation process for the EYOF.

Finally, EB members discussed details on the activities planned for the GNOC 25th Anniversary celebrations during 8-10 October.
