During 1991-2012-President of the Georgian Sports Writers Association , from 1996- AIPS coordinator, accredited at 8 Olympic Games, took part in AIPS 15 Congresses with the official delegate's status, In 1997 was elected as member AIPS European Commission. In 1999 chaired Referendum Committee which identified XX c. best athletes, teams, coaches and sport officials of Georgia. Author of the books "Great Football", "the Best wrestler", "Givi Kartozia", "Roman Rurua", "Zurab Zviadauri", Author of the "Olympic Encyclopedia", "Sport Encyclopedia", Photo History of Georgian Sport", series of 34 books entitled "Georgian Olympic Champions", author and editor-in-chief of the "Golden Book of Georgian Sport". Recipient of the Order of Merit.
