GNOC Secretary General during 1989-2008. since 1997 -member of two EOC Commissions, elected at different times on the leading positions at the National Federations of tennis, chess, handball, football and at the Georgian Sports Writers Association. One of the leaders of Georgian Olympic delegations at previous O.G, accredited member of Georgian Olympic delegation at five summer and four winter Olympics, official delegate of the NOC at the IOC sessions and congresses. AIPS Member, author and editor of several books. Awarded with the ANOC Order.
